Who we are

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the name, email, phone number, property address, timeline, and message you enter.

If the form shows a text and call consent box or a marketing email box, we also record the choices you make there.

Information collected automatically

We store the IP address and page you submitted the form from, along with your consent record, so we can show when and how consent was given.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see anonymous, cookie-free page-view statistics. It does not identify you.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, the same kind any website host keeps.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your request, prepare your selling options or a home value estimate, and follow up with you by the methods you agreed to.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

SureSend is our customer relationship management system. Your inquiry is stored there so we can follow up with you.

Resend sends John an email notice when you submit an inquiry.

Vercel hosts this website.

A property-data service suggests property addresses as you type them into a form.

Each of these companies processes your data only to provide that service to us. They do not use it for their own marketing.

Text messages and calls

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent collected on this site will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Brokerage records

Real of Pennsylvania may be required to keep transaction records under Pennsylvania real estate law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as needed to meet legal or brokerage record-keeping requirements. Otherwise, we delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing john@johnmeulstee.com or calling (215) 603-3307.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
